All Items ship within 48 hours Monday Through Friday (no shipping on weekends) via DHL or USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 5-8 Business days for first class shipping and 2-4 business days for priority shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as it ships. Free shipping in the United States only on orders over USD $100.00. International Shipping Disclosure

All packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt, excluding holidays and special site-wide promotions. Certain countries have specific restrictions.

Please be advised that TC1 is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we strongly recommend that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, TC1 is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order.
