Yoga Plus Bundle

Last but not least we have something not many people think of when they are looking for fun ways to keep your heart rate up, the Jump Rope! We added this for a specific reason called CARDIO! It sounds easier than you think until you get 5 or 10 minutes into it. Jump Rope can help you burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour but don’t think you’re going to pick up a jump rope and rattle off 1 hour your first time. You will need to work up to that kind of stamina for sure. Start off slow with 5 minutes at a time and total up 30 minutes a day but you will definitely see your cardio improve with this one item added to your arsenal!
