If you’re looking not to sweat in your workouts this is not for you! This product gives you intense burn to help you it the stubborn fat. Makes you drip sweat after. 10 min jog. I recommend it and I even make sure I have a jar stocked up.

I have to honestly say with the few weeks I’ve used this gel, only once a day, not even the twice a day as recommended, I have truly noticed firmness in my stomach area and rear. I feel as if though my skin is smoother and firmer. I used to bend down and it would look like I had a lot of cellulite and when I would stand up , at times, with certain lighting I could see when’re a cellulite would form. ( c section problems) It does not look like that anymore. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks, twice a day and sometimes I skip a few days because I forget to pack it with me. I truly love it! What else can I say? Proud customer so far! Reminder. This does not eliminate fat but it helps skin look tighter and smooth.
